Own all 20 weapons (the Digital Deluxe Edition's Bronze Clad Staff does not count). Most are crafted at Keeper's Shrines from materials that bosses drop. The first run does not give enough materials, and three staffs can only be crafted in New Game+. Play New Game+ to the end of Chapter 5, beating every secret area's bosses again, then craft the rest.
