Astral Trophy in CONTROL Resonant

Obtain 4 Power Upgrades.

Silver trophy

Power upgrades work like health ones: three pieces per upgrade, twelve pieces for the trophy, and far more than that in the world.

Each of the six Testing Facilities in the side quest Unsupervised Science (Threshold Researcher) ends in a room with one.
The rest are in large metal resource crates, marked on the map once you are close.
