Mohg, the Omen waits in the Cathedral of the Forsaken at the end of the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, the sewers under Leyndell, Royal Capital. From the Avenue Balcony site of grace, go down the stairs and through the door, turn left at once and jump the fence. A well below the dead dragon's foot leads down into the sewers.

Behind his arena lies the way to the Three Fingers for Lord of Frenzied Flame. Touch its site of grace, but do not open the door.
