Complete all Tales of Tsushima.

Finish the 61 optional Tales of Tsushima, including the character quest chains. Their map markers are silver faces or four silver dots, and completed quests are listed in Journal → Tales of Tsushima. Mythic Tales use blue markers and have their own trophy.

If the map looks finished but this is still missing, look for A Debt Repaid at the bamboo forest near Yarikawa in Toyotama, the middle region. Also check The Cost of Fear, which starts at a cabin near High Point Guard Post in Kamiagata, the northern region. Both are easy to overlook because they may have no map marker. Every side tale remains available after the ending.
