Hunter Blinds are small rooftop camps of Kraven's Hunters in four districts: Harlem, Upper West Side, Financial District and Downtown Brooklyn. The first open after main quest 8, Bad Guys on the Block, the rest during Act 2. At each blind, defeat the Hunters, interact with the broken drone and find the highlighted points on its hologram. When every blind in a district is done, that district's Hunter Base appears. Clear every enemy in the base, then use the computer the blue marker leads to. The base's optional objectives are not needed.

Hunter Bases are the best place for Slack Line.

Watch out

A Hunter Blind can fail to count: the district's counter does not go up and its base never appears. Before each Hunter Blind, save to a new manual slot. Look at the counter after the blind. If it did not count, load that save and do the blind again.
