Chapter 2 (Fugitives), inside the farmhouse (Chapter Select: Fugitives – The Farmstead). You get in after dealing with the elderly couple who live there. Either way of doing it works.

Go to the grandfather clock in the living room, near the foot of the stairs, and stand one on each side of it.
Count down and both press the interact button at the same moment. No prompt appears. When you're in time, you hear a door open.
Go up the stairs to the landing, where a hidden door now stands open, and open the chest in the room behind it. The trophy unlocks for both.
