The Adamantine Forge is at the far south of the Grymforge, an old dwarven ruin you reach by boat across the Underdark lake in Act 1. Cross the upper walkways with the levers and moving platforms (or jump with Fly or Enhanced Leap) until you unlock the Ancient Forge waypoint. You need two things:
- A mould: the Mace Mould lies on a table near the waypoint, and five more are around the Grymforge.
- Mithral ore: break the glowing rock near the stairs south-east of the waypoint with a blunt weapon.
Then at the forge:
- Put the ore in the crucible and the mould in the mould chamber.
- Pull the forge lever on the south side of the platform to lower it.
- Turn the lava valve on the east side. This starts the fight with Grym, the forge's guardian.
- After the fight, pull the forge lever again and take your item from the mould chamber.
The trophy unlocks when you take the item. Win the fight without the forge hammer for
A Grym Fate.
