The Blood of Lathander is a mace hidden under Rosymorn Monastery, past the Mountain Pass in Act 1. You reach it from the inquisitor's chamber deep in the githyanki crèche, during the githyanki companion Lae'zel's quest (see Bronze TrophyThe Lich-Queen's Wrath).

  1. In the monastery above, find the ceremonial mace (on a kobold), warhammer (in the eagles' nest on the roof) and battleaxe (in the room of the guardian statue). Place them on the plinths in the ceremony room on the north side: warhammer north-east, mace south-east, battleaxe south-west. The longsword is already in place. A hatch opens with the Dawnmaster's Crest. It is optional, but without it the vault starts to collapse when you take the mace.
  2. In the inquisitor's chamber, take the corridor to the west. Turn the north statue to face east and the south statue to face west. The south one is stuck: grease it or hit it first.
  3. Follow the secret passage. Disarm the traps and destroy the blue crystals that power the barriers.
  4. Take the mace from the console at the end, using the crest if you have it.

The trophy unlocks as you take it. Without the crest you have four turns to escape through the portal nearby.
