The Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast waits at the end of Bishui Cave, the hidden area of Chapter 5. It opens through the quest of Pale-Axe Stalwart, an ox warrior:

  1. Woods of Ember > Ashen Pass I: in the corridor where bulls and undead soldiers fight, beat Pale-Axe Stalwart, then talk to him until he repeats himself.
  2. The story has you beat three carts past the Emerald Hall: the Brown-Iron, Gray-Bronze and Crimson-Silver Carts. Talk to Pale-Axe Stalwart where you beat the Crimson-Silver Cart until he repeats himself. If he is not there, talk to him at Ashen Pass I first, then go back.
  3. Furnace Valley > Valley Entrance: wade into the lava pool on the right and use the cart in its corner, the fourth element cart. The horse stuck inside talks to you (Bronze TrophyUrge Unfulfilled).
  4. Once Chapter 5 is over, go back to that cart, beat the enemies around it and pull the string. Then, from the Field of Fire > Fallen Furnace Crater shrine, go back down the slope the giant ball rolled along. Halfway down on the left, the ball has broken open a new path. Follow it past the Flint Vanguard to the Cooling Slope shrine.
  5. Walk up to the frozen gate. Beat the Rusty-Gold Cart that appears and talk to the wounded Pale-Axe Stalwart beside the gate. Then open the gate and follow the path into Bishui Cave.

The beast is at the end of the cave.
