Duskveil, a giant rooster, guards the end of Purple Cloud Mountain, the hidden area of Chapter 4:

Webbed Hollow > Pool of Shattered Jade: go up the path right of the shrine and hit the big hanging cocoon until the Venom Daoist drops out. Break his four arms before he falls, for Mantled with Might. Beaten, he runs off.
Temple of the Yellow Flower > Court of Illumination: take the path opposite the shrine and go left where it splits. Beat the Venom Daoist again (two health bars), then use the wall in front of you to enter Purple Cloud Mountain.
Duskveil waits at Cloudnest Peak, at the top of the village on the central path.

Before you enter his arena, beat the Scorpionlord and Daoist Mi, both in this area. Entering the arena removes the Scorpionlord, and beating Duskveil removes Daoist Mi. In the fight, Duskveil charges across the arena three times and then collapses. Attack him while he is down.
